Recommendations and what to bring

Good sturdy walking shoes. Trainers are good during summer months.  Bring along a backpack with reusable water bottle if possible and a snack to enjoy en-route.  Always a good idea to bring along a waterproof jacket and sun cream. This is Ireland!  As the old Norwegian saying goes…there is no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing.
